Horizon Restoration Services – formerly Horizon Carpet Care & Restoration – was founded in Southern California in 1980 with the mindset of exceeding customers’ expectations. They continually asked their new customers why they were not satisfied with their prior carpet cleaner(s). They listened and took what they had said to heart. Their customers referred them to everyone they knew. They started to do work for people in the TV, film and recording industries and had the pleasure of doing work for John Travolta and Patty Labelle as well as many others in the industry.
After 25 years of a very successful business, Horizon Carpet Care & Restoration moved to Caldwell, Idaho and soon opened another location in Parma, Idaho to effectively serve the Treasure Valley from Boise, Idaho to Vale, Oregon. They are currently servicing the following cities in Idaho: Boise, Caldwell, Eagle, Emmett, Fruitland, Garden City, Green Leaf, Hidden Springs, Homedale, Kuna, Marsing, Meridian, Middleton, Nampa, New Plymouth, Notus, Parma, Payette, Star, Weiser and Wilder. Their Service areas in Oregon include the cities of Nyssa, Ontario and Vale.

Part of Horizon Restoration Services success is a result of the thirst to acquire knowledge and exceeding the standards of the carpet cleaning and restoration industries.
